2. How Do I shop?
- On the e-shopping homepage choose your city.
Browse through details about the pharmacy, catch up on
the exciting offers of the week and read through the Terms and Conditions.
Click on the Shop Now button.
If you are ordering one or two items and you are sure
of the brand names, use the search and type in the name and search.
If you would like to browse and
order, choose the category your order belongs to. For example if you
need Daonil, you should look under category “Anti Diabetic” under
“Medicines”. Similarly, if you are looking for an anti dandruff shampoo,
you can look under “Hair Care” under “Personal Care Products”.
The product subgroup list appears. If you have clicked on
“Hair Care” you can see various hair care products like shampoos,
oils, gels etc. Click on shampoos.
Now you see the various brands of anti dandruff
shampoos available. Click on the box to the left of the item you want. Also enter the quantity
(no of units) you need. Notice how much you save on the product.
Click on the "Add to Cart" button.
Once you have ordered an item and added to cart,
you are taken automatically to the previous, that is, product sub group
screen. If you want an item from a different subgroup next, click on the
“previous” button at the bottom of the page.
Repeat steps 5-8 for or 6-8 depending on the categories
of products you need, till your shopping is over.
When you have finished shopping, click on the View Cart
link. You can see the list of your purchases and your bill. If you change
your mind about some item, you highlight the item and click on the delete button. When you are sure of your list,
click “Order Now”.
An order form requesting details essential to
delivery like name, address, phone number etc. appears on screen.
Once you have filled the order form click on the "Order Now" button. A confirmation of your order appears with an order number. You can quote this number for further reference. Your shopping is done and you can
await the delivery of the order.
3. Home Delivery or Store Pick up?
Home Delivery:
Check the area list under the city list to see if your residential area is covered for home delivery. In some far flung suburbs home delivery is not undertaken. If you live where the home delivery service is not available, you may wish to have your order delivered at your workplace. Specify your address and phone number accordingly.
Please fill your address clearly in the order form. Be specific about the door no, plot no: etc. Fill in detailed directions to the place of delivery in the text box specified for the purpose to guide the staff making the delivery.
A receipt of your order will be sent to your e mail id immediately after you confirm your order. After this you will receive a phone call to confirm the order and therefore be sure to give your correct phone no. and mail id. Your orders will generally be delivered within 24 hours of your confirmation. But if the items ordered are out of stock or in exceptional circumstances delivery may take a little longer (that is upto a maximum of 72 hours.)
Kindly specify the time when you do not want the delivery to be made as you may be away.
Your order will be packed and kept ready for you at the store.
Fill in all particulars (Locality of the store preferred for pick up, time of pick up etc.) in the store pick up form.
4. Where are the drugstores from where I can pick up the order in my city?
We have listed the addresses and other details of all the stores in each city from where you can pick up the items you have ordered. Please refer to this list to get the
details.
5. Suppose I have chosen the wrong item by mistake?
Have the prescription by your side to avoid mistakes. In case you have clicked the wrong item, click the "View Cart" button and view your order. Highlight the wrong entry and delete it.
In case you realise it after you have confirmed the order (by clicking the order now button), choose the "Empty Cart" option and delete the entire order and order afresh again.
6. How do I Pay?
In the case of store-pickup the payment can be either by cash or by Master, Visa or Diner’s Club cards. No other form of payment is acceptable. Only cash payments will be accepted in case of home deliveries.
7. The medicine I need is not available. What should I do?
Generally the stores are likely to have most of the medicines commonly used. However in such an eventuality kindly send in an e mail request to pharma@webhealthcenter.com and we will get back to you with information as to when the drug is likely to be available.
8. What are the benefits I am likely to get if I buy medicines regularly?
If you need a regular supply of the same medicines each month, use our refill option. If you get your month’s supply every month for three months/six months/one year continuously from the webhealthcentre.com drug store you get an additional discount. This facility is also subject to a minimum order quantity of Rs.250/-. This discount will be given for the entire period of the order along with your last month of the scheme.
