About the Questions
- Tests are available on basic sciences, clinical subjects and para clinical subjects and their finer subdivisions.
- Each test is timed and marks are allotted depending on the level of difficulty.
- Some questions are likely to appear under more than one category if they are relevant to other categories also.
- You can search for questions on specific topics.
About the Tests
- Each test consists of 25 questions. A section will have more than 25 questions, but you will be able to take the test in batches of 25. We have devised this format keeping in mind user comfort and server speeds.
- In case you want to take another test in the same subject, go back to the category list and click on the same subject. Each test is randomly selected by the computer, while most questions will be new in each test, a few questions may be repeated.
- Though timing varies with the level of difficulty, on an average you can spend 45 seconds on each question. If you exceed the time limit, your form will be sent for evaluation and a message alert will appear on your screen.
- Your tests will be evaluated immediately.
- You can store your test marks and watch your progress.
- We keep you informed of your percentile scores also. The definition of percentile is “a value on a scale of one hundred that indicates the percent of a distribution that is equal to or below it “. In effect it means how you have performed in comparison to the others who have taken the test. The higher your percentile is, the better you have performed in comparison to other competitors. If nobody else has taken a particular test there is no scope for comparison and no percentile figures are given. Please note that the percentile figures are given after comparing all the users who have taken tests in that particular subject category. They may have answered a different set of questions within the same category but from within the same database of questions from which the category is constituted.
We wish you success in the forthcoming exam.
