(a) In Sinusitis  
1. Anterior Ethmoiditis Constant Headache
2. Frontal Sinusitis Forenoon Headache
3. Maxillary Sinusitis Afternoon Headache
4. Sphenoidal Sinusitis Retro- Ocular Headache
   
(b) In I.C Tumours  
1. Post cranial fossa Over occiput and Nuchal line
2. Anterior cranial fossa In front of a line joining the two ears
   
( c) In raised I.C Tension Diffuse
I.C. Tumour headache is generally on the same side
