WebHealthCentre.com maintains this website to enhance access to information about health-related issues, and about WebHealthCentre.com. This service is continually under development. While we try to keep the information as current and accurate as possible, we make no warranty of any kind, implied or express, as to its accuracy, completeness or appropriateness for any purpose. We will make an effort to correct errors brought to our attention.

By using this site, you signify your agreement to these terms and conditions of use. You must agree to these terms and conditions in order to use the WebHealthCentre.com website. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement, do not use this site.

Use of Registration Information: Personally identifiable information of individual Members and Users will not be sold or otherwise transferred to unaffiliated third parties without the Member's or User's prior consent. This information is only used to create broad, demographic summaries of where our Members and Users come from. However, WebHealthCentre.com may use the registration information and other voluntarily submitted information in the following ways:

WebHealthCentre.com may sometimes permit third parties to offer subscription and/or registration-based services through WebHealthCentre.com. In this event, WebHealthCentre.com is not responsible for any actions or policies of such third parties and Members and Users should check the applicable privacy policy of such party before providing personally identifiable information.

WebHealthCentre.com sends regular email updates to Members. If you wish to have your email address deleted from our database, email us at "admin@webhealthcenter.com" and include the EXACT words CANCEL MAIL in the body of your email. Allow two to three business days for the actual cancellation to take effect.

Voluntary disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information on the Bulletin Boards, Chat Rooms, and other Interactive Area (collectively referred to as Interactive Areas). Subscribers and Users should be aware that when they voluntarily disclose personally identifiable information (for example, user name, e-mail address) on the bulletin boards or chat areas of WebHealthCentre.com, that information, along with any substantive information disclosed in the Subscriber's or User's communication, can be collected and correlated and used by third parties and may result in unsolicited messages from third parties. Such activities are beyond the control of WebHealthCentre.com and we take no responsibility for the results of the same.

Cookie Technology: WebHealthCentre.com may employ cookie technology to allow Subscribers and Users to move more quickly through our site. Cookies are small text files a website can use to recognize repeat users and facilitate the user's on going access to and use of the site. Generally, cookies work by assigning a unique number to the user that has no meaning outside the assigning site. They do not come onto a user's system nor do they pose a threat to a user's files. You agree to be financially responsible for your use of WebHealthCentre.com (as well as for use of your account by others, including minors living with you) and to comply with your responsibilities and obligations as stated in this Agreement.

It is possible that the number you use to connect to WebHealthCentre.com may be a long distance telephone number and may result in long distance charges billed to you by a third party. You agree to pay any charges you incur by using a long distance telephone number to connect to WebHealthCentre.com, including those that may be billed to you by a third party.

You must pay all taxes due as a result of your use of WebHealthCentre.com, including taxes on your purchase of goods and services from Merchants including VAT, sales and other applicable taxes.

You must promptly notify WebHealthCentre.com of changes to: (a) your account or membership number; (b) your address.You must also promptly notify WebHealthCentre.com if you become aware of a potential breach of security, such as the unauthorised disclosure or use of your Member identification, user name or password.

You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and WebHealthCentre.com, as a result of your use of WebHealthCentre.com or your WebHealthCentre.com membership. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent or employee of WebHealthCentre.com, and that WebHealthCentre.com will not be liable by reason of any  representation, act or omission to act by you.


Section 6. USE OF INTERACTIVE AREAS

WebHealthCentre.com may provide Interactive Areas on the WebHealthCentre.com Site. If you use an Interactive Area, you are solely responsible for your own communications and the consequences of posting those communications. WebHealthCentre.com does not assume any responsibility for the consequences of any Interactive Area communications on arising from use of the WebHealthCentre.com Site cases where you feel threatened or believe someone else is in danger, you should contact your local law enforcement agency  immediately.

In consideration of being allowed to use the Interactive Areas, you agree that the following actions shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Use of an Interactive Area for any purpose in violation of local, state, national, or international laws;

2. Post material that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others; 

3. Post material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or embarrassing to another Member or any other person or entity as determined by WebHealthCentre.com at its sole discretion pursuant to this Section 12;

4. Post advertisements or solicitations of business;

5. After receiving a warning, continue to disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, or post comments that are not related to the topic being discussed (unless it is clear the discussion is free form);

6. Post chain letters or pyramid schemes;

7. Impersonate another person;

8. Allow any other person or entity to use your identification to post or view comments.

9. Post the same note more than one (The online word for posting many times on one topic is spamming. Spamming is strictly prohibited); or 

10. Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the Interactive Areas, or which, in the judgement of WebHealthCentre.com, exposes WebHealthCentre.com or any of its customers or suppliers to any liability or detriment of any type.

WebHealthCentre.com reserves the right to record the dialogue in public chat rooms. WebHealthCentre.com does not screen communications in advance and is not responsible for screening or monitoring material posted by Members or any other person or entity. If notified by a Member of communication(s) which are alleged not to conform to the terms of this Section, WebHealthCentre.com may investigate the allegation and determine in its sole discretion to remove or request the removal of the communication(s). WebHealthCentre.com reserves the right to remove communications which are abusive, illegal, disruptive, or other otherwise fail to conform with these Terms and Conditions. In addition to the removal rights described above, WebHealthCentre.com reserves the right to terminate a Member's access to any or all Interactive Area upon Member's breach of these Terms and Conditions. WebHealthCentre.com reserves the right (but is not obligated) to edit or delete any communication(s) posted on the  WebHealthCentre.com Site, regardless of whether such communication(s) violate these standards for content.

Furthermore, WebHealthCentre.com reserves the right (but is not obligated to monitor, edit, or disclose any type of posting on the Interactive Areas for adherence to the Terms and Conditions, if require the course of normal operation and maintenance of WebHealthCentre.com required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such is necessary to:

(i) comply with the law or comply with legal process served;
(ii) protect and defend the rights of WebHealthCentre.com others; or
(iii) act in an emergency to protect the personal safety of our guests or the public.

WebHealthCentre.com has no liability or responsibility to subscribers or any other person or entity for performance or nonperformance of the aforementioned.

You are further responsible for your communications via, and your use of WebHealthCentre.com. You may not, under any circumstances, do any of the following:

(a) use simultaneous, unattended or continuous connections to WebHealthCentre.com with one account;
(b) public, post, distribute or disseminate defamatory, infringing, obscene or other unlawful material or information via WebHealthCentre.com;
(c) use WebHealthCentre.com to threaten, harass, stalk, abuse or otherwise violate the legal rights (including rights of privacy and publicity) of others;
(d) intercept or attempt to intercept e-mail or other private communications not intended for you;
(e) send e-mail to members or other internet users for any purpose other than personal communication, including to unsolicitedly advertise or offer to sell goods or services to other Members, use as a mass distribution medium to communicate a generally unsolicited message, or use your e-mail account in the text of these messages as an address of where members or other internet users need to respond (except as otherwise expressly permitted by WebHealthCentre.com);
(f) send unsolicited e-mail messages through third-party mail servers in order to relay your e-mail or hide the origination of this e-mail to others;
(g) upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, rights of privacy or publicity, or any other applicable law unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents;
(h) upload files that contain a virus or corrupted data;
(i) delete any author attributions, legal notices or proprietary designations or labels in a file that you upload to a BBS;
(j) falsify the source or origin of software or other material contained in a file that you upload to a BBS;
(k) use  WebHealthCentre.com in a manner that adversely affects the availability of its resources to other Members;
(l) use, download or otherwise copy, or provide (whether or not for a fee) to a person or entity that is not a WebHealthCentre.com member, the Member directory or any portion thereof other than for personal, noncommercial purposes (except as otherwise expressly permitted by WebHealthCentre.com);
(m) download files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, rights of privacy or publicity, or any other applicable law unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents;
(n) falsely purport to be a WebHealthCentre.com employee or agent;
(o) cause repeated disruptive incidents;
(p) act, or fail to act, in your use of WebHealthCentre.com, in a manner that is contrary to applicable law or regulation. In addition, each time you upload a file on WebHealthCentre.com you represent and warrant that your own or otherwise control the rights or have the necessary consents to do so, and you grant every other Member the right to download and use such file for personal use. Your failure to observe any of the foregoing limitations or obligations may result in civil or criminal liability, as well as termination of your membership.


Section 7 - LINKS TO OTHER SITES

The WebHealthCentre.com Site contains links to third party websites. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by WebHealthCentre.com of the content on such third-party websites. WebHealthCentre.com is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites and does not make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of materials on such third-party websites. If you decide to access linked third-party websites, you do so at your own risk. Your use of third-party websites is subject to the Terms and Conditions of use of such sites.


Section 8 - ADVERTISEMENTS

The WebHealthCentre.com Site contains advertisements by third parties, and these advertisements may contain links to other websites. Unless otherwise specifically stated, WebHealthCentre.com does not endorse any product or make any representation regarding the content or accuracy of any materials contained in, or linked to, any advertisement on the WebHealthCentre.com Site. 


Section 9 - INDEMNITY

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold WebHealthCentre.com, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers, harmless from and against any claim, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your use of the Content (including Software), or the Interactive Areas in a manner that violates or is alleged to violate these Terms and Conditions, WebHealthCentre.com shall provide notice to you promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding and shall reasonably cooperate with you, at your expense, in your defense of any such claim, suit or proceeding.


Section 10 - JURISDICTION

You expressly agree that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with WebHealthCentre.com, or in any way relating to your membership or WebHealthCentre.com, resides in the courts of the State of Tamil Nadu and you further agree and expressly consent to the exercise of person jurisdiction in the courts of the State of Tamil Nadu in connection any such dispute including any claim involving WebHealthCentre.com or it affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, contractors, officers, direct telecommunication providers and content providers.

You also expressly agree that notice given to WebHealthCentre.com will be by conventional mail. Notices to WebHealthCentre.com by conventional mail must be sent to WebHealthCentre.com, 185 Lloyds Road, Chennai, India 600086 .In any matter requiring WebHealthCentre.com's prior consent, such consent will be considered given only if sent by conventional mail and signed by an authorised representative of  WebHealthCentre.com.


Section 11 - GENERAL

You acknowledge that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and WebHealthCentre.com, as a result of your use of WebHealthCentre.com or your WebHealthCentre.com membership. You agree not to hold yourself out as a representative, agent or employee of WebHealthCentre.com, and that WebHealthCentre.com will not be liable by reason of any representation, act or omission to act by you.

WebHealthCentre.com's performance under this agreement is subject at all times to existing laws and legal process and nothing contained in this Agreement is in derogation of WebHealthCentre.com's right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to a Member's use of WebHealthCentre.com or information provided to or gathered by WebHealthCentre.com with respect to such use.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between WebHealthCentre.com and you with respect to your use of WebHealthCentre.com and your WebHealthCentre.com membership, and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between WebHealthCentre.com and you with respect thereto.

It is at the express wish of the parties that this agreement and all related documents have been drawn up in English.
