2. I accept not to use Clinic Online as a primary modality of Consultation.

3. I undertake not to offer Prescriptions through Clinic Online.

4. I accept that WebHealthCentre.com assumes no liability or responsibility for damage or injury to persons or property arising from any use of any product, information, idea, or instruction contained in this section.

5. I (The Doctor or Medical Institution or any other Organisation using the services of Clinic Online) assume Full and Complete responsibility for all information, Consultation or any manner of advice provided through my Clinic Online. I accept that www.webhealthcentre.com assumes no responsibility for this in any manner whatsoever and will not be held liable for the consequences of any advice, Consultation or information or any other services provided through this section.

6. I understand that WebHealthCentre.com reserves the right to change or discontinue, at any time, any aspect or feature of this Section.

7. I agree that my Clinic Online can be terminated at any time without any notice if it is discovered by webhealthcentre.com that I have violated any of the norms that govern the use of this service.

8. I undertake not to

• Use Clinic Online for any purpose in violation of local, state, national, or international laws;

• Post material that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others;

• Post material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, or embarrassing to another Member or any other person or entity as determined by WebHealthCentre.com at its sole discretion pursuant to this Section

• Post advertisements or solicitations of business
• Post chain letters or pyramid schemes;
• Impersonate another person;

• Allow any other person or entity to use my identification to post or view comments, answer Consultations or for any other purpose use this section.

• Post the same note more than once (The online word for posting many times on one topic is "spamming". Spamming is strictly prohibited); or

• Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits any other person from using the Clinic Online section, or which, in the judgement of WebHealthCentre.com, exposes WebHealthCentre.com or any of its customers or suppliers to any liability or detriment of any type.

9. I undertake that all the information provided in the Registration Form that I have filled in on this site is true to the best of my knowledge. I agree that I am fully liable for any consequences that may arise from the use of this information in any manner whatsoever and that www.webhealthcentre.com shall not in any manner whatsoever be liable for the same.

10. I undertake not to provide access to patient records to any third party or infringe on the Site’s privacy policy in any manner whatsoever.

11. I undertake to use the Clinic Online service only for the purpose for which it is intended and not to misuse it in any manner whatsoever.

12. I agree that these Rules and Regulations are supplementary to the Disclaimer on this site and that I Agree to abide by all the rules and Regulations mentioned in the Disclaimer also.
