The Expected Date of Delivery (EDD)

The only time a woman feels like she could be a year older is when she is pregnant. It almost begins to feel like pregnancy is forever. But you can check the expected date of junior’s arrival in the world if you remember the first day of your last menstrual period. Use the calculator below.

This date is a rule of thumb indicator and less than ten percent of babies abide by it. We still do not know what exactly determines the time labour sets in. Gynaecologists advice you to be prepared for the event between ten days before the date to ten days after the date. (This is assuming everything is normal during the pregnancy).
